Sharerly provides AI-powered analytics and revenue tracking services. Due to the nature of our service, which consumes computational resources and AI tokens upon use, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Important: By subscribing to Sharerly, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. No Refund Policy

All payments for Sharerly subscriptions and services are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors on our part (see section 3 below).
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
Sharerly utilizes artificial intelligence and cloud computing resources that are consumed immediately upon use:
- AI Token Consumption: Our service uses AI models to analyze video performance, detect fraudulent traffic, and calculate revenue shares. These AI tokens are consumed the moment you use our analytics features and cannot be recovered.
- Real-Time Processing: Click tracking, bot detection, and analytics run in real-time, consuming computational resources that have been allocated to your account.
- API Costs:We integrate with YouTube's API and other third-party services that charge us per request. These costs are incurred immediately when you use campaign tracking features.
- Data Storage: Your campaign data, analytics history, and tracking records consume database resources from the moment they are created.
Think of our service like a gym membership or movie ticket - once you've used the service or consumed the resources, they cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Exception: Technical Errors Only
Limited Exception for Technical Issues
Refunds or credits may be issued onlyif there is a verified technical error on Sharerly's part that prevents you from accessing the service you paid for.
What Qualifies as a Technical Error
- ✅ Complete service outage preventing all access to your account for an extended period
- ✅ Billing system error that charges you twice for the same subscription period
- ✅ System bug that prevents core features from working despite our troubleshooting assistance
- ✅ Data loss due to a technical failure on our infrastructure
What Does NOT Qualify for Refunds
- ❌ Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results
- ❌ Not understanding how the service works (we provide documentation and support)
- ❌ Campaign underperformance or low traffic (results depend on your promotion efforts)
- ❌ Fraudulent traffic being filtered by our bot detection (this is intentional and protects you)
- ❌ YouTube API rate limits or third-party service issues outside our control
- ❌ User error, incorrect setup, or failure to follow documentation
- ❌ Requesting a refund after consuming AI tokens through active use of the platform
How to Report Technical Issues
If you believe you've encountered a legitimate technical error that warrants a refund:
- 1. Contact our support team at support@sharerly.com
- 2. Provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots and error messages
- 3. Allow our team 48-72 hours to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue
- 4. If the issue is verified as a technical error on our part, we will issue a refund or account credit
4. Subscription Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you have full control over your subscription:
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal.
- Access Until Period End: When you cancel, you retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: Canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused time, as AI resources have already been allocated to your account.
- No Automatic Renewal: Once canceled, you will not be charged again unless you manually resubscribe.

5. Billing Disputes
If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error:
- Contact Us First: Email support@sharerly.com with your transaction details before filing a chargeback with your bank.
- Provide Documentation: Include your invoice number, charge date, and description of the issue.
- Resolution Timeline: We will investigate billing disputes within 5 business days.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all data and campaign analytics.
