By accessing or using Sharerly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Sharerly connects YouTube creators ("Creators") with individuals who promote content ("Promoters") for a share of revenue.

2. Service Description

Sharerly provides tools for:

• Creators to set up profit-sharing campaigns for their videos.
• Promoters to generate unique tracking links.
• Tracking legitimate traffic and calculating revenue shares.

We do not guarantee specific earnings or traffic volumes. Success depends on the Promoter's efforts and the content's appeal.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not:

• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
• Use the service if you are under 13 (or under 18 for payouts without parental consent).
• Misrepresent your identity or channel ownership.

4. Anti-Fraud & Traffic Quality

Prohibited activities include:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated click farms.
• Clicking your own links repeatedly.
• Incentivized clicks (paying others solely to click).
• Placing links on misleading sites or hidden iframes.

Sharerly utilizes advanced fraud detection. Our data is final in determining valid clicks.

5. Payments & Payouts

For Creators

Subscription fees grant access to platform tools. Campaign budgets are managed separately.

For Promoters

Revenue shares are calculated based on valid, unique clicks as tracked by our system. Payouts are subject to a holding period to verify traffic quality. Minimum payout thresholds may apply (e.g., $10).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, particularly regarding fraud.
